CiaBDATA – Complementing biomechanical and data-driven approaches for motion analysis
assessment platform tailored for physiotherapy and sports market, decision support, high-frequency multi-source time series data
The CiaBDATA project aims at the realisation of an innovative, user-friendly assessment platform tailored to the physiotherapy and sports market enabling an optimal, objective and subjects-specific follow-up of the training and rehabilitation process.The platform will capture high-frequency motion- and load-related parameters, derive internal joint forces using an advanced musculoskeletal model and provide decision support to the healthcare (HC) professional based on insights extracted by advanced machine learning methods.
The lab is supporting the industrial partners in this project with its expertise related to data-driven analytics. As a result of this project , the lab expects to acquire general knowledge and expertise related to e.g. the efficient integration & detailed analysis of high-frequency multi-source time series data.
